1. Date oder to be turned in ______________________.
2. Orders and money collected to be turned in to ______________________ or ______________________.
3. Deposit money into your account. Write ONE check made payable to FAITH FUNDRAISING.
4. Set DATE ______________________ TIME______________________ to divide products for delivery. Products will arrive on or before seven says from date check and order arrives at Faith Fundraising office.
5. Prize distribution. Can be distributed at the date and time chosen for dividing the sold products among the group.
