Can businesses purchase from you at the non-profit price level?
Only the non-profit organizations doing a direct sales fundraiser are eligible to purchase items at the non-profit purchase price. Businesses intending to sell for profit are eligible for the wholesale pricing.

Are the wholesale or non-profit prices listed on your website?
Please contact Faith Fundraising through email or telephone to receive the updated, correct pricing.

Do you warranty your products?
Yes, there is a 30 day money back guarantee, you may return for any reason during that time. After 30 days, you have 60 more days, totaling 90 days, for any product that breaks during normal use. We reserve the right to repair or replace the broken item. The item must be sent back to Faith Fundraising at the buyer's expense. The item will ship back to you at Faith Fundraising's expense.

Can I request a lighter or darker olive wood product when I place my order?
Yes, please make a note in "special requests/comments". We will do our best to fill any special requests.

Can I ship to a different address, as a gift?
Yes, use the "ship to" for the address that the package should be sent to.

Can gift packaging be done on any purchase?
Yes, gift packaging is available for all sizes and in various packaging. On the homepage, click on "Gift Packaging" above the large products picture.

Can you include a card with a personal note with my gift package?
Yes, there are several cards to choose from. Make a note in "special request/comments" for a short note to be written with the gift.

Can I add my non-profit to the list of non-profit partners?
The only way that a non-profit can be added is after the non-profit completes a direct sales fundraiser. Contact us for a no-obligation information package about out fundraising program.

Many items are crosses for Christians, does a non-profit organization need to sell every product that you offer to do a fundraiser?
For non-profit groups not interested in selling crosses, we can set you up with a fundraiser for products such as the Dead Sea bath and body items and the candles and candleholders only. Please contact us so that together we can make the appropriate arrangements. In the near future, we would like to expand to carry more items to include all faiths.
